Our Story
We started as a sole proprietorship business in 2019 and started with fit-outs and glass works until we expanded to house renovation and construction before we incorporated in 2023. Our name echoes how we want to lead our clients towards their construction goals.

We envision to be the leading and preferred construction firm of homeowners as well as developers in Cebu and in the region. As we provide quality outputs and services, we envision to contribute to Cebu's economy by providing more jobs to our fellow Cebuanos.

Engr. Mark Lester D. Isidro
Engr. Mark Lester Isidro is a licensed Civil Engineer with extensive experience in residential and horizontal development projects. He served as Project Engineer and later Project Manager at Sunberry Homes Inc. from 2016 to 2023, where he oversaw site execution, manpower coordination, and project delivery across multiple developments. In 2019, he founded LEED Construction Services, a sole proprietorship handling various construction works including residential construction, apartment fit-outs, glass installation, and renovation projects. The growing portfolio and client base led to the incorporation of Steer Builders Corporation in 2023. With both corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Engr. Isidro brings a practical, hands-on leadership style focused on quality workmanship, operational efficiency, and dependable client service.
Chief Financial Officer
Faye Charlotte A. Isidro, CPA
Faye Charlotte Isidro is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in auditing, banking, and corporate finance. She began her career as an Audit Associate at SGV & Co. before joining a multinational bank, where she progressed from Internal Audit Specialist to Team Leader and later Corporate Credit Officer. She subsequently served as Finance Director for a technology startup group of companies before focusing on her role as Chief Financial Officer of Steer Builders Corporation. Ms. Isidro leads the company's financial strategy, governance, and administrative systems, ensuring sound financial management and supporting sustainable business growth.
